The Dacula office has no respect for time. They over schedule and have the patients wating for hours to be seen. This is there normal daily operation. I have left that office for more efficient practice.

Dr. Dholakia is a 5 star ophthalmologist. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I also really like Dr. Kim. Some techs are very good, while others are just mediocre. There have been a lot of changes since they moved from the other Dacula office under new management. While the building is an upgrade and very clean, I have waited over an hour just in the waiting room to be seen and spent close to 3 hours for an eye exam because of the way they book. Definitely not a fan of having to come back for a separate appointment just for a contact lense fitting either. There was a lot discrepancy between what I was told from person to person. The most recent appointment was great but the time before that was awful. Dr Kim said Michelle the office manager would reach out but after 3 months, no one has. My daughters and I have been patients for almost 16 years.

North Georgia Eye Clinic, Hamilton Mill is best ophthalmologist I've ever seen. Office is new, reception staff are courteous, making appointments is easy, & medical staff are professional & patient. I trust Dr. Kaufman with my eyes. As 72 yr old, I need ongoing checkups. He has removed cataracts, put in implants, & been mindful of any ailments that can affect my eyes. Highly recommend!!
