Had an eye exam and got new glasses . Was told that my insurance covered everything, no balance due. About two weeks after I got my glasses, I get a call. They said I owe $69. I didn't get any extras, cheap frames. Will not be using them again.

Very unprofessional and very rude employee working in the back. I have been going to this clinic for years and have never been treated like this.

No doctor/ophthalmologist at this practice in Clayton. Very disappointing. Even when the ophthalmologist was there it was one day a month. Would like to see North Georgia eye clinic step up the game.
