Not a place to do business , customer service are so so and price are expensive. Unsatisfactory

I have been going here for 3 years and through different insurance and they are the best eye complete solution in Miami, from the customer service, front desk, dr, wait time, I have to be in and out, no foolishness when it comes to appointment time and wait to be seen , but because they are the best to get a appointment is insane now than ever before which explains the quality of service especially what they have to offer for a color contact wearer like me but use insurance to cover all costs. I’m ver excited because they also look out and follow up if you need to be seen right away like me that can’t function daily without my sight and need my contacts asap. But by far for me my recommendation and I have been to at least 7 from north Miami, to south Miami just to find the right dr to have for me and my family.

Every single pair of glasses I buy from the break in less then three months. While I'm doing to most non physical activity like driving or sitting down. How can you pay for 300 trash like that.

My experience at this eye center was fantastic,from my initial phone call to make an appointment as a new patient. Norma, was professional and very efficient. I was able to get an appointment within a week of me calling. My wait time from my arrival was about 20 minutes. I was taken back for the preliminary tests and shortly after I was seen by the optometrist.He was nice, listening to my concerns and explaining everything in detail. That is important to me; being heard. I felt appreciated as a customer and the process of picking out my frames was also a good experience. I would definitely recommend this eye center to anyone who asks me. Keep up the good work team! There is also adequate parking right outside the building, a plus for sure.

Great Doctor and super efficient! Dr. Shechtman was really attentive and thorough in the examination, and the staff is super sweet and quick. I didn't wait at all to see the doctor and was in and out in 20 minutes - highly recommend! Also the glasses and frames are retro and fun, and the staff was quick to help.

Overall I never had a problem with them but all it takes is one individual.... My daughter frames snagged off one day when I was cleaning them. I went to receive a frame of equal or lesser value. When the lady asked me why I didn't get the frames the first time my daughter got her eyes checked... I got upset because that's irrelevant and none of her business. (I didn't like the frames they had) This is when the male associate interrupted and pretty much talk down on me as if I was trying to get the frames for free and I was lying. Supposedly I had to pay $20 or $15 at the end but something told me to not do any business with them again and just go to Walmart. I got $9 frames that fit perfectly. I'm not going anywhere that will make a client feel as if they're lying. (update 5/10/18 : her walmart frames are still intact)

I wanted to share my experience at this eye center all I can say Excellent customer service, Friendly staffs very polite, the optometrist excellent polite he listens to your concerns and answers your questions. I haven’t see excellent customer service in a long time,I highly recommend this office 10/10….let me just say if you see bad reviews here they are false.

I had the most pleasant experience at this eye doctor. I came in for my appointment and the the staff there were so efficient. I was called into a room before I even had a chance to take a seat in the waiting area. There was such a pleasant energy all around. The Dr was super nice and he answered all my questions so patiently. I do not have a single complaint from this office. I love it and will definitely be coming back! (I actually booked an appointment for my husband while I was there) Love this place and so thankful I found it!! Enjoy your experience!

First time patient- staff was great, office was clean and the optometrist was wonderful! Explained everything to me in detail and got me in and out in a timely manner!

Broke my frames I need a new frame didn't get the glass from here but they matched up a frame for me and they're better than the frame that I broke I'm very satisfied and it didn't really cost that much

I’ve been coming here for 30 years , mainly because my prescription is so demanding and the doctors are top notch . A couple of times ,in my long relationship with them ,they made mistakes in damaging glasses ( it happens)and they did the right thing and replaced the old glasses with new ones at their expense. My prescription is not a easy one.This speaks volumes about any business who is willing to keep the customer above the profit.I appreciate these guys very much.

As a new patient, my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Thalita and Norma at the front desk, who made me feel comfortable and right at home. Dr. Shecthman was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Patti was also so kind and attentive, making the entire visit feel effortless. Tiffany truly went above and beyond to help me find the best deal on my glasses, which I really appreciated. The staff here is top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this office to friends and family.

Upon my arrival i was not greeted or at least told that someone would be right with me . I have a problem with that. The young lady that came from the back was nice but the initial person soon as walked in has no customer service skills

They stole me .i went last year for my son glasses with insurance.and the Colombian women ( I guess owner) she said the insurance not coverage polycarbonate ( lie) and kid broke frame three times because they cheap ones .and She makes me paid said not covered my insurance ...liar very very disappointed:(

What an amazing experience all around! I called to make a last minute appointment as a new patient, and I got an appointment without any hassle. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Norma with such a friendly and welcoming smile, I felt like I was their number one patient! Without having to wait, Dr. Shechtman called me; I honestly never had a better experience! Dr. Shechtman is so knowledgeable, efficient, yet thorough, friendly, polite, and patient; he listens, answers any questions, and explains everything. What an incredible professional, with a down to earth attitude! Even though the exam was thorough, it felt like it was very quick; that’s just how pleasant the whole experience was. As soon as I was done, Patricia took me to her desk to navigate through the insurance part of my visit. And yes, yet another pleasant surprise; not only is Patricia extremely friendly and personable, she also has the insurance “science” down packed and was able to get me a great deal, saving me money I had previously paid, not knowing better! In a nutshell, this is by far the best eyedoctor office I have ever been to; the customer service of the staff is excellent, the eyedoctor is outstanding, and you can feel the great energy welcoming you the moment you arrive. I can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you for the experience!

I was very disappointed with their business ethics. The employee repeated numerous times that they do not make money when I use my insurance. Then she had problems with the explanation of the insurance adjustments and got impatient and unpleasant. She also suggested I go somewhere else since they do not like ICARE insurance. Gladly.

Dr Anthony de Rougemont is amazing, he diagnosed my with a detached retina and send me for emergency surgery to Bascom Palmer where they confirmed everything Dr de Rougemont diagnosed. A+, without him I might be blind in 1 eye now, thanks a million.

Receiving glasses from the nmb eye center came with amazing customer service including the store staff and helpful management, such as Robbins who assisted me through every step of the process and provided me with quality glasses that I look forward to using for a very long time.
