From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The tech that did the pre doctor "stuff" was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable and was open able to answer any issues I had. And lastly, the Doctor (Jacobs) always makes you feel like he has time and I never feel rushed!

Dr. Michael Savitt has been my eye specialist for many years. He gives excellent medical treatment, is very thorough and has a caring and most pleasant demeanor. My eyes are doing well and I am well satisfied with his care.

Dr. Jacobs and all the staff are so wonderful: very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable, very professional. Waiting time is minimal. They are always so accommodating to my needs, with great empathy, compassion. I have been taken care by Dr. Jacobs and his team since 2016. I still remember that day in 2016 vividly, when my left eye failed, causing pressure reached far beyond 60+. Since the surgery with Dr. Jack Cohen, Dr. Jacobs has brought it down to acceptable numbers, and I have felt good, seen very well, with pressure around 10. Last month it was 9. ... The office is well equipped with modern, hi tech instruments. It is well kept and maintained, I feel safe during this uncertain time.
