Outstanding service. Office staff are all friendly and efficient. Very little wait time. Everything is totally explained and all questions answered. They made sure I was comfortable with everything they did. I definitely will recommend this office to anyone having any type of eye issues. The results have far exceeded my expectations.

Dr Ngo is one of the most knowledgeable Dr.’s I have been to. She addresses all my concerns and her recommendations I feel are in my best interest. She is always on time and her staff is very efficient.

Update: This medical office charges patients upfront and does not return the overpayment when insurance pays them back. This is illegal and unethical, as they are legally obligated to return the balance immediately, like other professional medical clinics do. Instead, they hang on to the money until the patient follows up and questions it. This raises concerns about the transparency and integrity of their accounting department. I am extremely disappointed with the clinic where I just had my annual eye exam. I paid $212 in addition to my insurance, but I was not given my eyeglass prescription. When I asked for the prescription, I was told that I would need to come back for another appointment and pay an additional fee. This is unethical and unfair. Patients have a right to their eyeglass prescriptions after completing an eye exam. Clinics should not be charging extra for this information. Another concerning issue is that last year, I was told that my eyes were showing signs of a problem. However, this year, I was told that everything looked fine. I am not sure which diagnosis was correct, but this inconsistency is concerning. This clinic is also known for promoting its own optical shop, which has a poor reputation. Last year, I had glasses made at the shop, and they broke them while showing them to me. I was left without glasses for two months while the shop worked on fixing them. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. It is clear that they are more interested in making money than in providing quality care to their patients.
