The process was smooth from the appointment setter to the check-out desk. I know the belief is "time is money" in this world. But, it seemed a little too obvious with this eye doctor (Ellen Ngo). I felt like I actually heard the "tick tok" as she was speaking "at" me. Relax folks. FYI: If you're a cash payment patient they'll take that payment at check-in...prior to services rendered. I'm sure if she could, she would take it at appointment setting.
