The whole staff at NEOES are so kind and professional. Dr Jones has the best chair side manner I have ever encountered. I highly recommend them.

The entire Staff was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Soon as I came thru the door the receptionist greeted me with a smile. Then when I was called back staff was the same and that makes a big difference and impression. And the entire place was very clean and very organized. I definitely will recommend this place . A 2 hour wait for a 20 second procedure was a little aggravating

Everyone there is courteous, professional and each has their specific skills. They will be doing my cataract surgery .

Having cataract surgery, I was seen by several of their Doctors during follow-up appointments. I am extremely satisfied with all !!!

At the time I started with Dr Marc Jones at Northeast Ohio I was wearing trifocals and was still having some vision problems.Dr Jones determined I had cateracts and he could replace my lens as well as remove the cateracts . It's now approximately 20 years since the surgery. I still wear no glasses, have no vision problems and no growths. I would and have recommended Dr Jones and Northeast Ohio eye surgeons to anyone needing excellent service and medical eye attention. The office scheduling people work very well with fitting the patient and Dr availability. I am very satisfied with Northeast Ohio service and medical attention with.over 20 years as a patient

Dr. Jones performed my mono vision cataract surgery. He was extremely patient and kind. He answered all of my many many questions until I completely understood my choices and could make informed decisions. He is very highly trained and experienced in his medical specialty, and he demonstrates this during medical exams. I trust him completely with my eyes and vision.

My assessment for cataract removal was a pleasure. The people I met, Michael for pre-testing, Sarah for the initial exam, Dr. Jones for the comprehensive evaluation and professional recommendations, and Cindy for the process and financing options consultation were all friendly and patient. All were happy to explain each step of the way in clear plain english. Exactly what I wanted. 3/3/22 - update: The second eye surgery consultation with Dr. Jones was clear and unbiased. I truly understood that my left eye was not nearly as bad as my right. I would be making the decision to go on based on quality of image and not necessarily the drastic improvement of vision. I will try to post another update after enough time has passed to allow for stabilization.

Everyone at NEOES is great. From Dr Marc Jones, who performed my surgery, to Dr Pipitone who does all my follow-up along with all the other staff, are all wonderful. Everyone is very professional and caring. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

This place is horridly expensive. They charge 249 dollars for an eye exam, and most of the exam was performed by an assistant that was not even supervised by a doctor while performing the exam(closed door, alone with the assistant, doc never even looked over his work AT ALL, just wrote the prescription). They told me on the phone the exam could range from 80-140 dollars for just a glasses prescription. Sounded a bit pricey but they had appointments sooner than everywhere else so I figured why not. I was given just a glasses prescription, which is all I asked for. Upon leaving, the cashier informed me I owed more than 200 dollars for the less than 5 minutes I spent with the actual doctor. So I paid the 201ish dollars and a week later get another bill saying that now I owe 249 dollars........they did eventually deduct the 201 I had paid already, but where this additional 50 dollars they added onto my bill came from I have no idea and they just said they "made a mistake" on the original bill amount. Don't go here without insurance unless you are feeling like giving money away for no reason, or if you are rich enough you just don't care.

I went to Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons for a lasik consultation and was very impressed by Dr. Jones. He was very professional, helpful and honest. Physically I am a good candidate for lasik, but Dr. Jones actually suggested that not do lasik due to having a minimal prescription. He was willing to do lasik on my left eye, which has a slightly worse prescription, but thought that given the impact on my near vision that I may be happier down the road without lasik. It was refreshing having his honest feedback instead of just taking my money for a surgery he doesn't think I need. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones if you're interested in lasik, he will give you his honest opinion!
