Bad experience here. Staff did not follow up. Doctor recommended surgeries that a second opinion said I didn't need. I told the assistant I had sensitivities to the eye drops they recommended. Doc said don't worry you won't. I bought over $100 in eye drops that made my eyes itch. My chart said I had alternate eye dops, but they never called to tell me to get them. I asked them in writing to send my records to the next Doc, and they didn't. I asked for a refund for the money they charged for my surgery, and it hasn't come. So I called the credit card company to try and get it back. Go to the Cleveland Clinic and save yourself some grief.

While I liked the doctor I saw, the staff was extremely inefficient and also a few ( not all) were rude. I called a total of 5 times to get the prescription my doctor ordered called in , also called and asked to speak to the office manager. I had to leave messages every time. 9 days after leaving a message for the office manager one prescription was called in. This all came after I had to wait for extremely long times every time to be seen. The last time I had to wait 2 hours in the exam room, and no one came to tell me why, until I came out and asked if they forgot about me. If the office is run this poorly, I won’t be going back. I still ( 4 weeks) now have not had my prescription issues resolved.

I’ve trusted NEO with my eyes for decades. They have always taken good care of me and I would recommend them highly. Dr Lohan has done surgery on me and my husband. Dr Muckley takes care of my eyes and all of my checkups and eye drop prescriptions. Great office staff.
