Dr. Josephine Ko was personable and informative! She explained things thoroughly and didn’t rush through the appointment. So glad to have found her and the Perception Optical team right here in my neighborhood!

Dr. Ko recently did a contact lense fitting and exam. She was very knowledgeable and was able to fit my very difficult eyes to contact lenses. The medical part of the office is great but there is also a wonderful welcoming feeling with the entire practice, they welcome you like a member of the family.

I'm a big fan of Dr. Ko! After years of searching for a reliable optometrist, I feel at ease going to Northeast Optometry. Before coming here, I went to "big box" stores and always felt rushed, overcharged, and always had problems with the final product (and little to no follow-up.) With Dr. Ko, the appointments are thorough and at a pace where you are getting undivided attention and personalized care. Dr. Ko explained to me everything that she was doing and what was going on with my eye health. I have a lot of screen time in my job and I'm feeling the effects of it and she addressed it right away. She then provided a plan of action to make sure my eyes stay healthy going forward. She left plenty of room for any questions I had and for conversation about any concerns. I needed a follow up appointment for another eye issue in the new year, when my new insurance kicks in, and she made sure to instruct me on how to get a referral. Another neat thing is you can recycle your used contacts at Perception Optical, and Dr. Ko gave me thorough instruction on how to do so. Cannot say enough good things about Northeast Optometry. Highly recommend Dr. Ko!
