I believe Dr Nam is a good surgeon, but the day before my surgery I was told to come for tests for my surgery at the Oakland office because the machine was broken at the Surgery Center ( the test was normally taken right before the surgery at the Surgery Center) I was asked for a $40 copay, I told the receptionist isn’t that included in the surgery it’s not my fault the machine was broken, she said no. I said ok I’ll pay but it isn’t right! I had the surgery came back in and was asked for another copay, I was told I wasn’t in the time scan. I left! Good Doctor, dishonest receptionist!
