Incredibly unfriendly and rude front desk….left a terrible first impression. I called to make an appointment for a painful and swollen eye after getting something stuck in it. I was asked if I was an existing patient and when I answered no, it would be my first time there, I was abruptly told there’s nothing available for 2 months. I asked if they have any emergency appointments, as my eye seems to be infected. The lady on the other end elevated the rudeness in her tone and said “that’s what I’m telling you” in a very hostile tone. Not an ounce of compassion nor a desire to be helpful.

Dr. Kronengold is the best and so is the staff. Highly recommend them for all your eye care needs.

Excellent bed side manners. I was so impressed with Dr. Considine and her staff!!! She took her time with my mom and explained everything.
