Dr. Charles Crane performed my cateract surgery in November 2023. He was attentive with my consultations throughout the office visits and procedure. I was seeing near 20/20 the very next day. What a miraculous transformation! I am grateful for Dr. Crane’s expert advice and care. His support staff was amazing – clear communication, flawless coordination, and prompt responses to my queries. I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Crane for one’s eye care.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! My Emergency appointment was supposed to be 4Pm. The office called me to be there at 1:30PM because the Corneal Specialist needed to leave early . I waited from 1:30PM to 03:00PM to be called. When I got Into the room I was told the doctor isn’t at the office yet. The woman who took me in said this is normal, she sees delays all the time with her daughters appointment. I said I’ll be leaving since there’s no guarantee I’ll be seen any time soon. The woman said rudely “it’s your eye”. Not professional. As I was leaving I walked into the doctor but I was nowhere in line to be seen soon so I left. If you value your time please don’t go here and if you would like to be at a professional office don’t go here .

Today was my third visit at this place. I had to have eye surgery to remove a cyst in my eye. However the people at the front desk is some what rude. I don't want to seem as though I'm bias, however the atmosphere is a bit bias. They don't speak and when they do it's with an attitude. I pray that I don't ever have to back there.
