As a new patient, I was welcomed warmly..My disability was taken into consideration by taking a shorter route to the exam room.( I use a walker ) Everyone clearly explained things and most importantly...listened to me. This practice was highly recommended to me and I would also highly recommend it to anyone.

I have been coming to Northern Ophthalmic Assoc for several years and have never been disappointed... the staff and my doctor are so friendly and professional...I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants great service!

I waited a whole year to write this review because I wanted to see if my last visit was just an anomaly. During my vist last July, I waited over 2 hours to be seen, all the whole being shuffled from one waiting area to another. By the time Dr Pyfer actually saw me and I expressed my disappointment with the wait time he tried to shift the blame to his staff but (as a former MA)I do know that these doctors have a tendency to overbook themselves and have the patients wait and then blame their staff. To top off that visit, he spent a maximum of 7 minutes with me and the visit was over. Today, I'm already here for an hour, already moved from one waiting area to another, and this is suddenly feeling like dejavu.

Doctor Durski and associates are very thorough, professional, and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

It's been 10 business days since I went online asking for an appt. b/c I had floaters and poor vision. No one has contacted me to set something up. My condition is serious and requires immediate evaluation. I will not pursue an appt. with Northern Ophtalmic Associates because they see no need to contact patients who request help and they don't recognize a serious vision condition.

Dr. Pyfer is top notch. I did not like some of the waiting time. Their care is extremely thorough. They leave no stone unturned. If I'm living near the area or within a reasonable distance, when I need cataract surgery, I will go to him. If I didn't feel I waited a little too long in the office, I would give them five stars otherwise.

I’ve been coming to their Jenkintown and now Norristown offices for probably close to 50 years. Am completely confident in Dr. Pizzano and the office staff/aides, particularly Carole. Won’t go elsewhere.

Dr. Jill and staff did an excellent job as always. I’ve been using Dr. Jill for the past 11 or 12 years. I would have given a five instead of a four except the sign in on the link from the text didn’t work correctly.

I can trust Dr. Schneider to have knowledge and expertise to take the best care of my eyes. She's very personable too, as well as professional.

I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed at any medical facility until I came here! Not only was my consultation appointment very easy to request through their website, I was also accepted almost instantly! Laura the LASIK coordinator was the staff member I spent most of my time with, I am so happy to of met such a helpful, patient, kind and professional nurse/ surgery coordinator! The Dr is also very clearly an extremely skilled surgeon! Surgery is a big thing to have and very anxiety inducing/expensive! However I am very pleased with the prices and every treatment included! Expect to be seen 15-20 minutes after your appointment time. My appointment was set for 1:50 and was called at 2:10. I arrived 5 minutes early. I was finish and finally left at 3:40. Dr Pizzano is thorough in his examination. The staff is also thorough in their prep and all are nice but doesn't make up for my time.

Got LASIK done here. Wonderful experience. The staff here are so nice and explain everything so well and are very talented. It is great being able to walk around without glasses or contacts now.

I had EVO ICL surgery with Dr. Pyfer, and Laura was my patient coordinator. I felt supported from start to finish, and the procedure went smoothly. For a life‑changing surgery like EVO ICL, this is the team you want to trust. I’m truly grateful for my experience with them.

Dr Dursky is always very patient and takes the time to make sure he's giving his patients quality care. He's very kind and addressed all my concerns. The staff was very efficient and friendly.

I went to see if I would qualify for LASIK , I have never went through so many tests to make sure I was a candidate but also for my safety which I was super impressed. I was in the company of LAURA who did most of the testing and she was amazing at her job and kept me comfortable and at ease . I can’t say enough about the way they handle things. They could have easily taken my money but they told me I don’t qualify for LASIK and it’s not safe for me because of how my eyes are shaped. Other eye places said they could do LASIK but at what cost ? My safety is everything and LAURA and Dr Pyzer told me exactly that . I give them a 10 star .

The staff were extremely nice and professional! Dr. Durski was very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience, I rated them a 4 because I waited 25 minutes to be seen. I will definitely go back.

I would highly recommend this practice! The office and staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor answered all my questions and explained everything so I can understand. I felt very comfortable in this setting.

The receptionist Colleen is always excellent - professional of course but also very friendly and welcoming. She remembers you from past visits and makes you feel like a valued patient. I am always glad to see her at the desk.

Dr Pyfer is great !!! Both of them! Senior did my lasik and Junior has been helping me with some new eye floaters! Highly recommend! I drive all the way from Jersey just to see these two !

Dr. Sneider is absolutely the best doc ever! I am hesitant to review to the general population, but that would be selfish. If you're diabetic, please remember that annual eye exams are very important.

Very thorough eye exam. They check everything! I kept the doctor busy with questions on treating styes, computer glasses versus reading glasses, etc... All of my questions were answered completely to my satisfaction. Wonderful staff. Nice location. I will stay with this practice and with Dr. Durski.

I was seen very quickly as a new patient for an issue with my eyes. The doctor and staff were wonderful. The doctor explained the problem and treatment plan thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the practice and highly recommend them.

From of house Staff is caring, friendly, efficient. Dr. Pisano had a Jr. Doctor examine me also without asking. He stunk of hair oil or strong cologne. Not okay for working close to patients head. I did not sit up and down, or move about …

Dr. Pyfer and Laura are AMAZING! The care, compassion, understanding and professionalism of this staff should be the example for all medical offices regardless of the medical specialty. No question was left unanswered, and no concern was ignored. I was very scared and the fact that Laura accompanied me during my procedure was so comforting. I did not feel like a patient or a number. I felt comfortable and did not feel like I was just a number or another procedure. My care was tailored to my needs specifically and every detail of my pre and post care was thoroughly outlined and explained. If I had a question after hours Laura responded within seconds. Lasik Laura and Dr Pyfer I thank you for the joy of restoring my sight and my life!

Everything is easy here. The check in process, the pre-screening, the exam, the follow up. Everything. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. Dr. Durski is a pro. I trust his expertise and guidance. I won’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone. They’re great.

Had a great visit with Dr. Pyfer. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Techs were very nice and explained what the process would be, as we moved through the appointment. Only problem I had was finding parking and I went to Valet and gentlemen there, was very rude and told me I couldn’t leave my car unless I went back out and in again!! He totally ignored me!! I finally left and did find a spot but must have walked 1/2 mile back to the building. Thankfully, I always arrive at least 15 minutes early, or I would have been late.
