Overall my experience here was pretty good. Dr. Vora was very professional, took great care of me & answered all my questions & I didn't feel rushed, the staff was great as well. But, I'm taking off one star because I have called here multiple times today & the phone is just constantly busy. When I called earlier today someone actually put me on hold for @ least 27 minutes, I hung up & couldnt wait any longer.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because Dr. Vora was very nice and was able to diagnose me very quickly when I first went there. However, I'm going to be looking for a new office after my experiences here. They never answer the phone, they don't call you back when you leave a message. I disagree that the staff is rude, they have never been rude to me, they just are completely unorganized. I can no longer trust them with my care and will be going somewhere else in the future. This past interaction was finally the straw that broke the camel's back. I needed testing done after coming back to the office post-Covid. The front desk wouldn't allow me to schedule my testing prior to seeing the doctor (even though I get the same tests every time) so I saw the doctor first and surprise surprise, she ordered the tests. According to the doctor she would get the results and call my neurologist and me. I did not receive the results for another 2 months. I called the office and left a message, they never called me back. A month later I was sent a bill in the mail for my visit but no results. I called the office again and the receptionist tried to tell me I needed an appointment to go over the results with the doctor, which I declined. I had to ask when Dr. Vora would be in again and was told she would be in the next week and they would tell her to call me. I waited until Wednesday afternoon to call them, they didn't answer the phone so I had to leave a message. Several hours later I received a call from a nurse saying that my test results had not changed since March and I should follow up with the neurologist. Dr. Vora was supposed to speak with my neurologist, not me. My test results were abnormal in March. Why is there no concern about the fact that my treatment isn't working? Why didn't the doctor get on the phone? Why did they send a bill before the results?

Does anyone ever answer the phone, between the pharmacist and myself, have been calling for over a week for a prescription refill, just a quick busy line.
