I’ve come here for years and the quality of service has precipitously declined. They ordered the wrong glasses for me causing me headaches with my insurance. Next visit, we showed up for an appointment and the machine was not working. She needs the machine because of her special prescription. They could have called at any point to let us know but didn’t so we wasted a visit. The next available appointment was not for another month. The last visit was the final straw. We showed up to pick up glasses (no appointment necessary) and were told it would be an hour wait. Ridiculous. We are shopping for a new eye doctor.

I thought about giving 4 stars because it took a while to get an appointment, but overall I think it was worth the wait. Dr. Doan was awesome and took time to explain my options and answer all my questions without any pressure or judgment. All the staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back!

Highly recommend Dr. Vroustouris. She is through performing eye examinations, explaining test results, treatment, and required follow up appointments. Very efficient office operations and staff.
