I want to thank Both Dr. Ken and his wonderful wife and assistant for their help. I needed a form signed for DMV and she took the time to print the form and had the Dr. sign it for me. The whole staff was great.

I use to love coming here, but now they force you to pay for a certain part of the exam which use to be optional and now they aren’t taking the insurance I have, which I switched to because that’s what they were taking. Oh and the part of the exam you are forced to pay for now they aren’t even upfront about that when checking in. And whoever the lady at the front desk was is super unpleasant. I just had a couple questions about changing my last name and address on the computer and she was so inpatient about it. After I pick up my pair of glasses I’ll most likely be looking for a new eye doctor. :/

Amazing staff and extremely attentive! I cannot say enough about the care they take to make sure that all your questions and concerns are answered. It was such a friendly atmosphere. The fee other waiting patients there were calm, smiling and patient while waiting their turn. That tells me that the service is worth any wait, although I didn't wait for long. The Dr. even gave me a few restaurant recommendations because I've just moved into the neighborhood. I see why this long-time member of the community is rated so highly by patients, the best optometry office I've ever been to. I was given options for my particular needs and wasn't pressured into buying anything.
