I waited 3 hours to finally see a nurse, which I did not mind and expected.
Nurse prescribed 3 medications and entered into the computer.

The PA and her assistant were thorough, caring, and competent. The person at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. All in all, from start to finish, I had a first-rate experience. I would certainly recommend the Northwell UrgentCare on the corner of Hempstead Turnpike and Nassau Boulevard. Next time, I will book an appointment in advance.

I arrived as a walk in. Was greeted and checked in promptly. Both the medical assistant, and PA Christine, were professional, compassionate, and took excellent care of me. Facility was immaculate. Highly recommend.
