Absolutely horrible scheduling department, I will never again try to schedule here. I made my appointment over a month ago for my wife and I. During this COVID time, we both had to take off, find baby sitter for our four children. And we needed this appointment to check our aging eyes as well as for DMV. Only to show up the day of the appointment and be told that we were cancelled. When I called to find out what happened they said i made the appointment and no reason was given but that our appointments were cancelled by me? In which I did not cancel as I showed up for the appointment. And of course they tried to reschedule for a month later. Why would I do that, I needed this appointment today and made all the arrangements to go to see them. Who ever made our appointments I hope someone looks into their scheduling department and finds the person who did this to us so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Please go somewhere else do not go here very unprofessional and incompetent people in their scheduling department and it will cost you a lot in the end.

Dismissive administrator staff including office manager, front desk and those that make appointments. Left 5 messages with Pam to confirm my insurance. Office manager was sent an email. NEVER responded . Pam NEVER called back. Called Michael Dowling’s office and was assured resolution. NEVER happened. Is this indicative of medical care too? Unacceptable to treat potential/new patients this way.

It is hard to believe that my husband was rescheduled TWICE due to the absence of A technician who was supposed to do the measurement before my husband's surgery. In order to meet the dates, he had to reschedule his own patients weeks ago. The secretary told us that she called and left message. But, the message center confirmed our appointment the day before the appointment on July 25 (The message was saved on my cell). My husband went twice. On June 28, he went for nothing. They could not find his appointment on the system and asked him to go back on July 26. So, he did and was told to reschedule again and leave. I left the message to the manager, Jack. He did not call back at all. Something is wrong with this department.
