Had and eye test, as a referral from MN Eye Consultants. Had the glasses made to the prescription, they are horrible, cannot use them. Trying to get a follow up visit for corrections from this outfit is nearly impossible. I do not recommend this group. It is and endless game of telephone tag.

Decades behind the times. I’ve been in glasses and contacts for 30 years and I haven’t seen an office like this since I was a child. Equipment is ancient and dated. Hand placing lenses into each test. Dialating children’s eyes and waiting for 45 minutes rather than using modern equipment. Testing for color blindness with a flashlight. Can’t get answers from anyone. We will never be back and I’d tell anyone to stay away and find an optometrist who has updated their practice in the last 30 years.

Excellent and timely call-back for appointments and thorough exams. They are great with toddlers! I felt listened to as a parent and did not feel rushed. I only wish I had thought of more questions for the doctor in the moment as it’s a lot to take in. It might have been nice to have typed-up notes with the explanation of the exam afterwards as watching my 2-year old along with taking notes was very difficult. Definitely take two adults if you have a squirmy toddler.
