Decent doctors, friendly staff. The doctors are knowledgeable about their field. The ones I had didn’t seem all that interested in educating the patient so I had to do my own research on my issue outside of the visit. Staff are all very friendly and helpful! The biggest drawback is that you will never be called back at your scheduled time. You will wait in the lobby for at minimum 30 minutes then wait even longer to see a doctor. Expect every visit to last 2-3 hours. Otherwise it’s a great facility. Edit to add: Apparently they have very few employees who can answer the phone. Took over 30 minutes for someone to pick up when I tried to return their call.

Dr Rostov did a great job on my SMILE surgery and Dr Yadav was great on all of my checkups. Everyone you work with from the assistants to Katie at booking is incredibly kind, companionate and patient. It doesn’t feel like some of the other Lasik mills. The office could be nicer with less waiting but the equipment they have is top notch and the amount of time and patience they have is worth it. They’ll really take the time to make sure everything is perfect. I don’t regret the extra cost for their facility.

UPDATE: 1 month after the initial appointment: Still no call from anyone to schedule my surgery. I’ve been calling, but unfortunately the number is for call center agents and all they do is tell you the same thing.. to wait for the call from someone from surgery team. You don’t really get to talk to anyone in the ACTUAL office. Someone that can actually really schedule you. If I can give 0 stars for how difficult it is to get your surgery scheduled, I would. 2 weeks after the initial appointment: They gave a number and extension to call the Office Manager to assist with the issue, but when you call no one picks up. It just rings and eventually will hang up. To whoever replies to these reviews, maybe it’s better if the number given actually works. —— Initial review: While the staffs as well as the two doctors I saw on my appointment for evaluation were all very nice, the scheduling I must say is disappointing. It took 2 months to get an appointment for evaluation and after seeing Dr Rostov I was told I needed an SK surgery procedure, the waiting game is ridiculous. No one called me the next day to schedule my surgery and after calling three times on different days to follow up, all they told me was I will get a call from the surgery coordinator. It’s been two weeks since my appointment, and I still don’t have a surgery date.
