Sharon is out here hanging up on people. For a children's facility, y'all seriously need to fix your junk staff. Awful people. I'm taking my kid somewhere else.. maybe somewhere that will actually listen to the ER doctor. Never had a receptionist tell me a doctor was wrong before... Until Sharon.. fun.
