Office staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Norton is excellent and informative. I didn’t feel rushed when selecting new glass frames. I’m so happy that I switched to Norton Eye Care.

After moving back to Michigan, I saw an eye doctor at a national in Okemos; I was never quite happy with the experience (thought I had been very happy with the chain office I went to in Indiana), and finally tried Norton after my husband had a good experience. I'm so glad I did; it was such an upgrade for me in terms of care and office experience. Everyone I came in contact with (four people) was great, and I will continue to go to Norton in the future. Dr. Norton and her assistant, Michelle, were very knowledgeable, efficient (but not rushing), and friendly.
