Totally enjoy my exams and visits to Norwalk Eye Care! When was the last time you looked forward to a doctor visit? That’s right, never! Not so at Norwalk Eye Care. There’s a nice, energetic and caring vibe there that transcends into the care given. From the administration staff, the techs, optometrists and doctors, I feel that my eyes and my well being are in good hands at Norwalk Eye Care.

Amazing practice! Dr. Danielle Feder is the best. So knowledgeable and a lovely person. I have all of my eye care needs taken care of here including contact lens prescription and getting immediate attention when I had an eye infection that helped me heal right away.

The care at this facility was fine. But almost a year after our visit they sent us a bill us for extra charges that were a result of a change in what insurance covered. They are doing what I think is called Balance Billing and I suspect is not allowed in CT. In any event, they never provided clear paperwork but kept sending me bills. Finally it wasn't worth the time to fight City Hall. But will never be going back again.
