We had a really great experience here yesterday with the entire team and the new doctor! She is wonderful and kind - explains herself and is easy to talk to. The women in the front were so helpful and patient yesterday with me and my girls picking out glasses. Thanks for your patience, kindness and assistance with questions about frames, etc. After a long day of work, it is so refreshing to get good customer service back! 10/10 recommend.

I was having some vision problem so I decided to go for an eye exam. I was amazed with the level of professionalism and service. Very clean office with professional staff. Dr. Kabir is very knowledgeable and definitely recommend him. I ended up buying two pairs of glasses.

The experience of shopping for glasses here was refreshing. I already had my prescription but had been feeling anxious about shopping for a new pair. I tried another place in town first, but Nut Tree Optometry was a massively better experience. A big part of the difference between the two places was the level of customer service. I was pleasantly greeted by Adrianna shortly after entering the store. I asked about glasses for large heads, and she directed me to spots that had some good options. The pacing was great -- I wasn't pressured at all and was provided options, information, and assistance as desired. I browsed for a bit and selected a few options. Adrianna ran my insurance and was great at answering all questions I had about things like lens types and coatings. I had mentioned disliking the style of the ear pieces on the pair that I had decided to go with, and she was very considerate and looked up if they came with different options or styles that I might like more. I went in not expecting to actually buy a pair of glasses that day, but I left feeling very satisfied and excited to finally be getting a new pair. Thanks for the great experience!

Very disappointed with the quality of service and customer service. I’m in desperate need of glasses and they are unable to get me in for an exam for 2 months and the wait list is full. I have been a paying customer hundreds of dollars I spent and no exceptions. Time to find a new optometrist, to much competition to get stressed out about it .

Front desk failed to provide my medical record after multiple requests which is a violation of federal law. They claimed previous prescriptions could only be faxed to a doctor’s office which is not accurate.

The girls up front are the best!! My boyfriend STEVE got his new glasses delivered to him after work hours in the dark in a different town that the offIce is located!! (The very nice blonde)and he didn’t even have to go through the hassle of fitting them!! Then when he broke his glasses she gave him a free replacement pair and said any future replacements are free!! A life time replacement!! ( my boyfriend relayed that great deal he is getting)Cant beat that deal!! She went above and beyond!! She got his number I’m assuming from his file and the rest is magic I also went in to see how wonderful this place is, I did not get the chance to meet Dr. kabir But hoping to soon!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, questions, and info that guided me where I needed to go without confusion or frustration. During my visit, I didn't feel unwelcome or neglected, and the process was quick, probably my fastest trip to an optometrist. Everyone was knowledgable and helpful and they have a nice selection of high value frames to those on the lower. Tons to choose from. I didn't have an appointment with the optometrist unfortunately so I don't have much to say in that regard. I highly recommend this place and would come here for my family an I's eye exams.

If you are looking for a new optometry office look no further. Dr. Kabir is amazing and his staff is beyond friendly. When looking for the right frames the girls really go beyond trying to assist in helping you find the right frames for you. They are patient, courteous and just good people. They make you feel like family. As far as selection of frames it is amazing they have low end prices and also designer frames. Seriously go check them out you can thank me later.

They say on their website they take partnership but they don't take partnership after calling them and going through the runabout with them so don't believe everything you read

The doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff were very friendly, helpful and worked out the best pricing for what I needed. The place was very clean and modern. I’ve been to a lot of other optometrists and his one is by far the very best❣️ C B

First off I hate going to the optometrist, but Dr. Kabir makes it a pleasurable visit every time! I have never needed glasses until last year. I went in for pink eye and he was extremely thorough on checking my eyes and gave me something to clear it right up. I had to go to him after my regular doctor wanted my eyes to clear up naturally. I needed to go to work so I needed medication. He gave me an eye exam and I found out the prescription I was given a month earlier was incorrect. He really takes his time with you and cares about his patients. I recommend him to all of my friends! I moved to Sacramento and am driving an hour to still use him instead of using a new optometrist. Eyes are important. You want someone who is going to care about your eyes as much as you do. He does. Go with this guy. Good choice. I am definitely a tough critic, so this review coming from me is a good thing!
