Lately it feels like many offices are unfriendly, but NOT this one! I was immediately welcomed into the office. The staff was friendly and talkative. The office was clean and decorated festively for the season. The doctor never made me feel rushed. This is probably one of the best experiences in a doctor's office I've had in a long time. They were also really great with my 10-year-old. I'm also really indecisive when choosing a new pair of frames, but the woman who helped me knew what she was doing, and could immediately tell if frames would work on me or not. I really appreciate my experience today!

Very much a patient-centered office. Everyone from the front desk through the entire pre exam procedures were professional and helpful. Dr. Lin was very encouraging with positive information about the results of the exams, which for someone like myself, with Type II diabetes, is always good to hear. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Lin’s understanding and appreciation of the situation I described I was having with some visual “cloudiness” some 24 months after my cataract surgery. Although minor, the condition is bothersome and distracting. Dr. Lin completely understood my situation and moved quickly to correct the issue and I had an appointment for the next day to receive a laser treatment to eliminate the problem. Highly recommend the Cleveland Eye Clinic, their very helpful and considerate staff and doctors, particularly Dr. Beth Lin.

Everyone was pleasant and thorough. Dr.Lin has always explained everything, answered any questions I had. Was glad to see she was covered under my new insurance plan so I could continue to have her take care of my eyes.
