I came in today and had a great experience. The front desk person was very welcoming and informative. The doctor was very kind, he answered and explained all my questions and showed professionalism.

Unfortunately, customer service is very poor. The lack of employs and clients. People are not communicating with their clients even when you come in person. We called and walked in looking for the owner but no answer. My glasses were not suppose to be drilled in but wilted in. Also, I was unable to see since May 2, 2022. I had to pick up my glasses from another location from where I dropped it off at. Which was linden Blvd and I dropped it at starrett city location. Which was a major inconvenience to leave my job to go with out seeing. I do not live in NYC so I have to travel to work from CT each day. I never received my refund. Nor did they tell me that 50 dollars will be taken out of my account on Friday when I came back for res. This is very stressful and unfair to the people in the community. I would like full refund! Communication matters! I wish that this company can do that for elder in the community at least. I do feel that my glasses should be replace with the frames and lens that was from my previous glasses. Okay you given me a free pair of SV but those do not come with transitional lenses. In fact my charriol glasses had.

I’m sure everyone has their own experience but i have received nothing but amazing service Everytime i walk in to the optical. Jenny at the front is the best and my favorite 🧡 she is very patient and understanding. I always tell her i am the most indecisive person. And she never cares. She always lets me try on whichever and how ever many glasses i want. She doesn’t rush you or make it seem like you’re making her job harder. And she’s very honest and what frames actually look good on your face. I chose 2 frames 1 regular pair and 1 pair of designer Gucci. She did not push me to get 2 pair or force me to get the designers. She simply wanted whatever i wanted to do and that’s what i like. It’s a cute little office but they definitely do take their time with you. And i even got some surprise gifts from them. They really do take good care of their clients :)
