Excellent customer Service!! I was assigned to a Young Lady By the name of ‘Kenisha Hughes’ and the experience with her along with the other staff was just phenomenal!! Kenisha helped me save a ton of money by signing up for the VSP eye care insurance in which had became effective within seconds!!
I just had to generously tip her for simply doing so (may have not been that big of a deal for her, though for me it meant EVERYTHING)… Thank You So Much Ms. Kenisha Hughes!!
And because of her I’d definitely refer a few to the establishment no doubt about it😇

My son is autistic and it was first eye exam. He is 5yrs old. The optometrist was patient and very friendly. We will be back in a year. His vision is fine

Oakland Vision Center is great! I am a new patient and had an ideal first visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and Dr. Heath is thoughtful and helpful. My appointment was on time and they’d made helpful recommendations.
