I love the staff, they are amazing. However I do not like it when Dr. Studebaker takes my contacts out for me. I have been going here for a couple of years now and I do like how well the doctor fits me for the contacts and glasses. I have said to one of his staff members that I do not like it when he takes out my contacts and they told me that he will take them out whether you want him to or not. I will keep going back because for me it's about the office staff since you have more face to face time with them. I do think the doctor should give people the option to take their contacts out on their own or not.

I live in Georgia but my mom insisted that I come to Dayton for my eye exam after my primary care doctor said I may have an eye disease. I had a good experience here. When we arrived the vibe was pretty low and drab, except for Sandy. Dr. Martin was thorough and kind. He took his time to explain everything to me. He even sent my information to my primary care physician in Georgia. Sandy was annoying at first but I have to admit, she knows her stuff and she pays attention to detail. Overall, I am so glad my mom suggested this place. I will be back in six months as the doctor suggested.

Bad experience.... went there in hopes of seeing my eye doctor from before. Ended up seeing a different eye doctor, which is okay I guess. The Horrible Experience came from Sandy, the fitting representative. She made a Big Ordeal about vision being Bad( blurted my prescription information out loud for all to hear)... kept Saying “ Poor Me”. I have Always been insecure about my vision, but to go to a “Eye Doctor” and continue to hear how bad it is, was Unacceptable and Very Unprofessional. I left the office remembering why I don’t go to the “Eye Doctor “.... if You have Bad Vision they make you feel as if you went to the Dentist to get your eyes checked. I made her aware of my Horrible Experience, She Apologized.... but the damage was Already done. I would Rate them a 0 if I could!!!!
