I walked in to Ocean Eye to inquire and was greeted by Grayson, the Receptionist. Grayson was on an upbeat! Smiling and happily checked my insurance so I would know what to expect cost - wise. Grayson, Sarah and Jessica Palmer OD were all quite knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about what to expect concerning not using eye drops to various types of glasses and future medical eye care. Was quite a refreshing experience! Thank you Ocean Eye !

Website states; Accepting new patients. Contacted for an appointment. I was told it would be 2 months before they could do an eye exam Wow. Lmao I will go elsewhere and notify my insurance that recommend them Update!! I had no specific time or date. Still have the recording on my phone. I said I need to make an eye appointment, she said," we are booked past September for any appointment. " So as I said, I have notified insurance to take off the recommended list. Can't get in, why recommended? But thanks for replying and trying to turn the script.

Lobby was dirty; cigarette butts on couch. Front desk gal, Gracyn was nice and efficient. The tech was nice but didn't explain anything before performing intimidating parts of the exam. Dr Palmer was nice. Very difficult to get through to a live person via telephone.
