Where do I start, james was incredibly rude and condescending, insulted my husbands country of origin, and made the entire experience horrific and a waste of time. Tried getting lenses for existing frames and all he did was insult me on how cheap he said they were, Jins in Tokyo has far superior frames than luxotica. Not only were the new lenses horrific and distort everything, they cost $700. I went to main campus and ultimately was told the cannot make my prescription. Fast forward... one 10min visit to Warby Parker and I have outstanding new pair of glasses with all the bells and whistles including transitions, all for $525 with the best customer service.

My entire experience at Ochsner optical was very pleasant. Taleah was helpful and professional. I must have tried on 30 pairs of glasses. I felt bad that I touched so many pairs, knowing that she would have to clean them all because of COVID. She was positive the entire time. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience Taleah!
