The front desk were rude and unprofessional. The lady had to yell at them. They were rude to an elderly man who didn't hear them call his name .

always along wait. today 1 hour and 10 minutes before i saw the dr. who apologizes but this always happens here. Staff is in adequate , even for initial testings. since Dr Bacotti not in this office, I need to make a change.

I came here because I was referred by my medical doctor for an eye infection. The place was situated 3 blocks from the Mineola bus terminal so getting here was a breeze. The office was cleaned and air conditioned . I was seen by Dr. William Bozeman MD that gave me a thorough examination and an explanation of my needs. I was prescribed 2 medications and given a prompt follow up appointment for next week. Dr. Bozeman and the staff were professional and attentive to my needs. I look forward to coming here next week.

Professional and personalized services. The atmosphere is clean, very friendly and welcoming. The staff was very personable. Dr. Boozan made me feel comfortable and was very informative about my situation.

Lots of chairs in the waiting room, very well organized flow of patients. Extraordinarily helpful staff. State of the art equipment. Knowledgeable doctors. Calming atmosphere. If you have ANY problems with your eyes, THIS is the place to go, in my professional opinion.
