They were both extremely thorough, educated, and explained things to me so I could understand. If you need a great eye doctor that cares about you they are definitely the place to go. I was turned down by a doctor in Dothan for eyelid surgery because it was a problem case and apparently, he felt he was not qualified. I had one eyelid drooping so far that I kept the eye closed most of the time. I also had a problem with the muscle on that eyelid. I finally found Dr Brown and he had no hesitation in doing the surgery. He told me that it might take two operations to correct my problem. It has been 5 days since the first operation, and everything appears to be going to plan. Dr Brown seems to really care about the patient. On the first visit, he took time to explain everything in detail. Before the surgery, he came in and talked to me and gave me reassurance. After the surgery he met with my wife to make sure she knew what to do follow-up. Everyone we met on his staff was also very attentive and helpful. This is a breath of fresh air when so many Doctors are just interested in your money.
