I’m not sure who the young lady at the front desk was, but she was very rude and very unprofessional ..she was not helpful at all. And didn’t even try to be helpful, very hateful attitude.. if she is not happy with her job, she needs to let someone else in her position that will be happy to assist customers with a better attitude My insurance was in network but she insisted that it wasn’t I called my insurance immediately in the parking lot and my insurance notified Odessa vision center to tell them my plan and everything was to be covered.. They will not answer the phone when you call either and when my insurance lady did get a hold of them, the lady at the front desk hung up on her.. I opted out of this place because of the rude lady up front I will never be back or refer anyone to this place

Been trying to call for over an hour to get my son some eye drops before the weekend after he was misdiagnosed of a stye and I have found out it was something else called a chalazion. Anyways I started calling back to back due to no answer and the phones conveniently got forwarded and I just get a recording saying it is now “after hours” 30 minutes before closing! Used to really like this place but it has went downhill. Sad because my entire family goes here. I will probably be finding a new place that can answer the phone and actually listen to you when you don’t feel like you’re being told the correct things instead of getting mad because you question things.

Great care and knowledgeable staff! The visits are always thorough and we’re always in and out in a timely manner! They’re also great with kids!
