Dr. Williams Snr was super friendly and kind. However, when attempting to order contacts online I was told my script was not written correctly - I called and asked them to pls correct and was emailed the same script with a scratched out info and new info written next to it, causing a delay on my online order as 1800contacts then had to contact the office for verification. Then today, trying to order glasses online and was told my PD (Pupillary distance) was not written on the script...when I called the optometrist office, the women was snippy with "you can measure yourself when you order online", which is not ideal as this measurement is very important to be accurate.. and it should have been measured by the doctor during my appt. and wasn't written down in my notes? I was told no... I truly feel they didn't want to help because they want to force you to order from them versus buying online and even though the doctor was great, the front staff wasn't and the fact that the scripts weren't accurate defeats the purpose of the appointment if I have to keep calling back.

Absolutely love this office! The staff is always so polite, eager to assist, and Dr. Fogleman is amazing, such class! I can't say enough positive about this team and our experience in their office.

The staff is always very helpful no matter the need and they always offer a quick turnaround.
