Professional and friendly opticians and staff, and a selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses frames that make you wish that you could wear glasses 24-7. Wheelchair accessible entry from the car park.

Such a great high quality eye center! The staff take their time with you, the equipment is amazing and allows them to do some cool in house testing, and both the doctors are awesome. They know their stuff, are kind, genuine and care about you and your vision.

I want to say that the Optometrist’s here are excellent, hence why I was a longtime visitor of OVC. With that being said, I am giving 2 stars because I had called a month ago (November) to set up an appointment because it was important that I visit the OVC before the end of the year. I was told by the receptionist that my appointment was scheduled and that it will be this month (December). She also told me I would receive a reminder notification of the appointment. I noticed that I did not receive any email/text from OVC but I figured it might only be sent out a couple days prior to remind me. This month came around and I still didn’t get any word of my upcoming appointment. So I called the OVC to check to see when it was going to be and I was told by the receptionist that there was no appointment for me in the system. I was confused and told her that I had scheduled an appointment a month prior. She told me there was none showing. So I asked her when was the next available appointment and she told me that they were booked out for the rest of the year. I asked if she could put me on the cancellation list and I explained to her that it was critical that I got my appointment in before the end of the year. She told me she can put me on the cancelation list but I will be after a few people that were in front of me. Although I am frustrated with the fact that my appointment was not scheduled when I had called, I can’t say that the receptionist was rude to me on the call. My hope is that the OVC finds a way to address this scenario to ensure that their visitors aren’t out of luck when they make an error.
