I went for Diabetic retinopathy exam and had to ask the doctor after the exam if I was okay as he only told me I needed to have evaluation from another doctor for YAG surgery. I was informed at the time I schedule eval that I would get a detailed account of cost if I needed surgery. I was evaluated today and doctor was very rushed and seemed irritated at any questions I had related to other eye and previous YAG surgery that did not improve vision. He simply told me to schedule surgery. I went to front desk asking for cost estimate and was told they couldn't give me one. I called my insurance who told me I would need to pay 4% and referred me back to provider. They again refused to give me an estimate and told me to stop talking so the could finish telling me they wouldn't provide me with an estimate. I hung up after telling them that I had been scammed before and would not be again.... Had more hope for better care than this. Sorry my concerns about money on a fixed income is irrelevant to them...

This was my 1st visit. I thought everyone was professional and friendly. They made sure I was getting the correct lens by double checking themselves. Very happy with my 1st visit. 4 star only because it was my 1st visit. The future will determine a 5 star.

What I love about this place is how important to them they make you feel. You are not just another patient, you are the patient. When the Doctor or Tech is working with you, you feel as if there is no one else waiting, and they intend to handle all of your concerns. When you consider the number of patients they are dealing with, that is quite an achievement. I strongly recommend this service. Their high skill level is demonstrated in every action. Then, to top it off, costs are reasonable. Once again my recent visit demonstrated this. I cannot recommend them more highly.
