Please add a wheel chair button. Can’t believe a west side medical clinic doesn’t have this. Single parent of twins feeling like a circus show getting in. Really hard for single parent of disabled children.awful feeling. Not very accommodating for children with physical diagnoses. Not child proof on sockets. Drawers and tools in room o was in for 1 hour after my twins dialation, no locks on drawers. No child proofing has child in the name. Great staff, other than ignorant snarky nonchalantness attitude when I mentioned door access. Obviously it’s not their control but they also are not the ones dealing with it in my context. , very kind and professional otherwise. Unpleasant facility for us not safe for kids with conditions like mine.

Everyone at the clinic was very patient and kind with my grumpy threenager. Dr. Davis took his time to explain everything and answer questions in a warm and caring way.

Not sure if the lady at the front talks to everyone super rudely or if it was just us. Both times I have brought my baby in she has been super mean to both of us

I had to take my kiddo in to a specialist here, It's quite a bit out of the way from where I live! Any way, they were very patient and gentle with my toddler while they checked out her vision.

We've received excellent care for our son's eye condition at this clinic. Friendy, personable staff and Dr. Davis seems genuinely invested in providing the best treatments and options possible for our boy. Very grateful to have such quality care in Bend.
