Dr. V was very knowledgeable and kind. The only reason I marked down the rating was because my concern about my astigmatism was never really addressed despite me writing it on the intake form and mentioning it to Dr. V directly. I wish there had been more of a conversation about how to manage my astigmatism and issues driving at night because it is a real problem for me. Apart from that, the visit was good.

Excellent experience at LensCrafters! The doctor was professional and genuinely friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome from start to finish. Huge shout-out to Heather for her patience and help finding the right frames and lenses. She really knows her stuff. We’ll definitely be back!

I don’t feel is right to automatically add on optional scans and tell people that’s what they owe without asking.

First the doctor was very nice but very confused on why I would bring my almost 4 year old in. Their website says that they offer pediatric services for 3 years olds. They aren't set up at all for kids. After fumbling through the "exam" we were asked if we were comfortable just reusing our old prescription due to the difficulty of not having the right equipment for kids. Now we have used our insurance allotment for an insufficient exam. We went to look at glasses but they are 600$ a pair. Save yourself the trouble go to Costco.

The doctor was great. I was treated well by the professional staff. I would recommend this office to anyone.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful and I went for an eye exam this time although I have to wait on the glasses for a surgery, but the doctor you know was very professional examine my eyes and then you know letting me know I had a couple of cataracts Even though I told him That I have a couple of cataracts, but I also have a Real Cadillac in the parking lot just for to get a little chuckle. That’s just the way I am. I have nothing but good to say about these people. I gave them five stars.

Unfortunately I had to wait an entire hour for my scheduled appointment. Missing another appointment. Lack of office organization was also reflected in the rushed visit with optometrist. I am looking for a new optometrist who honors the client’s time and well being while in their office.

Every time I go, I enjoy my experience at LensCrafters. Very clean, even though it has a smaller selection of frames for my shaped face, I was able to get help from Cas. He is one of the eye technician. He is absolutely wonderful, kind, patient and has great taste!! He helped me find a few frames and got me on the road in no time! He is the best!!

Dr. V was wonderful! Very professional and super nice. He answered my questions and gave me information on a spot I have on my retina without me having to ask. Great experience and I will continue to see him for all of my eye needs.

We brought our daughter in for an eye exam and had a great experience with Dr. V at OIC Eye Care in Boise. He was wonderful with kids — patient, gentle, and made her feel completely at ease the whole time. He explained each part of the exam clearly so we understood exactly what he was checking and why, and the whole visit felt thorough and professional. Highly recommend him if you’re bringing a child in for an exam!

Dr. McCarthy was wonderful. She explained things to me in a way I could understand and triple checked things. She was also patient with me which was huge. I know I can be a somewhat difficult patient due to the sensitivity of my eyes. Thank you!!!

I had a really positive experience during my visit. The staff made me feel comfortable right away and were genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain my insurance, which I really appreciated, and helped me look at different options when choosing glasses. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which made the experience even better. Overall, great customer service and a very welcoming environment.

I had a great experience with both the eye doctor and the glasses department. Everyone was very friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. The doctor was spot on with my prescription, and I could feel the difference right away. The staff who helped me choose my glasses were exceptional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. After selecting my frames, I was pleasantly surprised that my glasses were ready in just ONE HOUR! The quick turnaround, along with outstanding customer service, really made this a top-notch experience. Highly recommended!!!

I made an appointment online for an eye exam and contacts. The overall service was excellent! The optometrist and the staffs are kind, helpful, and professional. Their office looks very nice and clean. My entire appointment lasted less than an hour - quick and easy. I highly recommend their service!!

Sons and I have had great experiences. My son says the testing experience here versus other places was much smoother and felt less invasive. When purchasing glasses they offered discounts for the unpaid portion insurance didnt cover. All the staff has been very nice. Also the while process is pretty speedy

Friendly helpful people. This was a great experience - from the check-in (quickly confirming my on-line submission) to testing, to a great visit with the doctor. Dr. McCarthy reviewed my past comments and we talked about changes I'm experiencing. We looked at my photographs together and she explained what she was seeing. Finally the eye-chart process confirmed my diagnosis. I look forward to this essential exam every year and my visit to this great practice. Thank you.

Dr. Pelikhatty was so personable and knowledgeable. He really took the time to explain everything so well to myself and my nine year old son that was getting contact lenses for the first time.

Quick, efficient, polite and friendly staff! With my insurance, I only paid $25 for a retina scan which I find very helpful to ensure my continued eye health. My exam was otherwise free! If you need an insurance plan like mine, let me know!

I accidentally showed up a day before and they were able to take me. The appt itself was great. Fast, efficient. Great office. Nice people. The Dr was friendly, relatable, and asked all the right questions. What more could you need?

All the staff that I interacted with was friendly and made me feel comfortable and informed. I was in and out without any long wait times. The wide range of appointment times is a huge plus! I'll very likely return for any of my future eye exams.
