This place claims to be a “family” place but what they didn’t inform me and my family is that they are RACIST and have treated me and my mom very poorly. The front desk lady is racist and made fun of my mom for being from Mexico and the eye doctor kept the MONEY from my mom. He avoids giving the glasses to my little brother which my mom PAID for in cash and she works very hard for her money at her old age. We are very upset and OjO eye care has truly let us down. I didn’t know how racist some people can be but if it could be one place it would be this one. Again, RACIST…

RACIST, we are treated very poorly and different from other clients. Don’t be fooled by their fake smiles.

This business is absolute GARBAGE! My best friend ordered glasses from these guys back in January of this year and STILL hasn't recieved them. Apparently the "post office lost them" (the 1st time). I have been present on NUMEROUS occasions while she's on the phone with these guys and they ALWAYS tell her, "I'll give you a call back tomorrow and update you on what we've been able to find out." Yet they DON'T return the call as promised, nor do they bother answering the phone. On one occasion she went ALL the way to Amarillo (an 87 mile trip) just to discover a sign on their front door stating they were on lunch from 11AM-1PM.. a 2 hour lunch break?! This occasion occurred AFTER they claimed they HAD her glasses. This VERY SAME DAY they claimed to have LOST them AGAIN (this company lost her glasses IN THEIR FACILITY TWICE, meaning her glasses were lost on THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS). The company has offered her a pair of free prescription sunglasses, which she happily accepted... only THEY haven't come in either! Sigh.... My poor Bestie! I advised her to demand a full refund and find a different eye care center. My advice for future customers seeking an eye care center would definitely be, "FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, Because this particular business is apparently independently weathly and doesn't need customers to stay in business."
