Cannot say enough of this place! Everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond. Dr. Phillips is phenomenal, and Tresa in contacts is phenomenal as well. I had go see her a couple of times about my contacts and getting them out. She was always so very helpful. I gave her a Starbucks card since she went above and beyond. I would recommend you all to anyone.

Watch out for their off insurance billing, and sending you to collections for bills never agreed as personal. Was advised to be in cataract surgery and never told would require post op visits and procedures, which hit in a different billing cycle and became personal when not covered on insurance. Very unhelpful customer accounting, wanted full payment plus collection fees, at the full insurance rate rather than more private patient rate, or Medicare and no Medicaid taken Hitting your credit report was NOT appreciated. Found them being the “owners” very cold and callous, and most unhelpful. I’d definitely look elsewhere, and watch those tricky forms they sneakily make you sign, with small print saying you are personally liable, if your insurance did-avows or refuses to pay… leaves you high and dry. Be very careful signing anything.

On time, review of my personal information and signed up to continue my VIP account I get discounts on frames and glasses plus annual eye exam.. Got right in to get my eyes examined using modern picture equipment. Doctor went over pictures and explained no danger signs. Evaluation of my eye sigh for glasses and glaucoma. Every one was friendly and helpful. We all wore masks.
