I would give zero stars if it was allowed. I'll explain. I made an appointment for today at 2:45. I arrived at around 2:30 to get the paperwork out of the way as this was my first visit. It would end up being my last. I handed in the paperwork and sat down. 3:00, then 3:15 and finally 3:30 came and went. At no point did any staff member address me. Or give me a heads up. Like when I arrived, someone could have said "Hey, we're running behind. Do you want to reschedule?" Nope. They had my phone number and my email. Did they reach out before to address how poorly things are run there? Also, no. I approached the counter to "cancel" my appointment. Funny since 45 minutes had passed since my scheduled time. The offered to reschedule me. That's also funny. You just disrespected me by not respecting my time. No thank you. I will not be returning. Buyer beware! This business does not respect it's customers.

The staff are professional and nice. It's very clean place and staff works hard to schedule follow up appointments that you are satisfied with. I didn't give 5 stars because many times we had to wait quite sometimes either in the waiting area or in the exam room to see the doctor. I hope that will improve.

my appointment was at 9:30 was asked to arrive 15 minutes early and didn't get to go back to the room from the lobby till 11:30 they said must be a new girl at the front whatever my eyes really hurting so I have no choice but to wait but the doctor was very apologetic about the way I had to wait and was smart she diagnosed my issue quickly after I had already been to another eye doctor a few days earlier seem to point out what was wrong made me feel comfortable that I was going to be okay and she was very concerned about me and my situation.
