It was easy to get an appointment as the kind lady that I spoke to, got me in the next week. The doctor was very thorough, performed several tests and found out what is wrong with my eyes which another doctor didn't seem to be interested in doing. I was very satisfied with everyone that I came in contact with and they knew exactly how to do their jobs. I appreciate how the doctor was willing to work until he could give me a diagnosis. They really have streamlined the process of having patients seen, especially as there are 2-3 steps before seeing the doctor. I believe his name was Anthony at the Glen Burnie office - he was fantastic! Very efficient.
