I couldn’t ask for better care than I received at the one day eye surgery center in Port St. Lucie. I am having my second eye done in about a month and I’m actually looking forward to it. Call me crazy, but they are the best!

I was here twice in 2 weeks to have cataracts removed in each eye by Dr. Carrie Palmer… This facility has a combined 4.9 ⭐️ star rating for a reason & thats because its a 5 ⭐️ place.. I’ve had over 20 surgeries (yes 20), in my lifetime, so I’m more than qualified as a reviewer.. The professionalism starts at the front desk after you walk in and doesnt stop until they wheel you out the front door to your ride home after your surgery / procedure.. Everyone was amazing from check in to check out. My nurse, Tianna, made me comfortable and was very personable. The post op care from Hannah and Kayla was great as well. I can’t say enough about my surgeon, Dr Bondalapati. She is knowledgeable, caring and has such a calm demeanor. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Thank you so much!

Staff were great. Reassuring, caring, kind and calming. My only complaint is in pre op, it is a small space, patients are separated by a curtain. The patient next to me was talking very loud which did not help my anxiety level. I wish the staff would have told him there are other patients close by to please keep his voice down. This same patient happened to be at his follow up appt the same time as mine.

Wonderful experience, nurses and Doctors were very professional and made sure you were comfortable. The receptionist were helpful and friendly. I have my eyes back after 6 months of blurred vision. Hopefully I don't have to return anytime soon this is the place to go. I highly recommend

I was very pleased with the Surgery Center for my eye. The receptionist Emm was pleasant and helpful. The Laser nurse Pat was wonderful. Wait times were minimal and the care was well explained and followed thru. I will not hesitate to return if ever needed.

I had a wonderful experience there. I was treated with the utmost respect and care. A very clean and comfortable atmosphere. My surgeon is amazing. Dr Palmer made me feel at ease and safe. I knew I was in good hands. The staff is wonderful and patient, very helpful with everything i needed.

I am new to this area, and I really needed cataract surgery. I reached out to Dr. Palmer at One day Surgery. Best decision I could have made. I was nervous to have anyone touch my eye. By the time surgery day came I felt very informed. The staff patiently educate me as to what to expect. The prep team was extremely professional, I knew I was in good hands. From the moment I got to the center and greeted filled out the forms. I did not wait long to be taken in the the preparation area for my surgery. The staff worked in sync. Their timing was seamless. Once the surgery was over they made sure i was ready to leave on a good note. They contacted my ride. The center called the next day to inquire as to my health and any concerns i may have. They also reminded me of my post op appointment. I have another surgery at the same center and i am sure it will be as good as the first experience.
