We had a wonderful experience last year but this year was completely different. When you call to make an appointment they should inform you they have no doc in house and your exam will be virtual and that they cannot dilate your eyes there. I shouldn’t have to go somewhere else to have that done if needed. Also as soon as they realize you aren’t going to spend hundreds on new glasses the customer service melts away. They literally walked away from me mid conversation when someone else walked in.

The team at one hour optical is outstanding, with all the bad employees and bad service. Everything else goes on. These guys have their stuff together, not. Are they polite, they remember who you are. If you guys ever get a chance I would definitely get my eyes check there and look at some frames. Now they're not going to be as cheap as Walmart. But trust me there's ever an issue. They'll fix it right away. There are a lot better quality than anybody else I've ever used and they're not that much more expensive. I'm out today. Penny and the ladies here will make the process wonderful! You cannot go wrong with the customer service here. If you are as concerned as some people about getting your glasses in one hour maybe you should ask ahead of time if your prescription can even be ground in house?
