The care my husband has gotten here has been great so far but you guys really need to stick to an actual consistent hourly schedule for your practice. Your hours need to be updated on your answering machine if you’re just going to close when you feel like it. He’s went there multiple times now and you guys have closed earlier than you were supposed to. He drove all the way there in the middle of work hours, TWICE just in the last 2 weeks for no reason because you closed early. He decided to call both times because of past experiences. He used PTO AGAIN today and drove 25 min over there just to get there before you closed because he needs to refill his contacts and he even spoke to someone this morning that confirmed the closing time was 4:30..when he got there, there was a sign on the door saying that you decided to close at 4pm today. Why on earth did no one call him to tell him that?!? We are both HIGHLY irritated, do better. Very unprofessional and conveys a lack of care and consideration for your patients. He told me that when he was leaving the parking lot, he saw someone else drive in and drive back out as well because I’m assuming they also thought that you guys would be open until 430. Do not keep doing this. This needs to be made right. Also FYI writing a hand written note on your door about the hours for the day is still a waste of peoples time considering no one’s gonna know what those hours are until they show up and have already wasted their time. No point in leaving the note, we can easily figure out if you’re closed by seeing a locked door.

Everyone is extremely friendly from the time you walk in at the front desk until you check out. Dr. Dean is especially nice and professional at the same time making any kind of stress about going to the doctors pretty much eliminated. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

We had a great experience with the entire staff at Ophthalmic Associates when they treated my mother for cataract surgery. Dr. Sieber is an exceptional surgeon and her knowledgeable nurses were aways available to answer any questions. The office staff as well as the billing staff were very polite and helpful as well!

I was very pleased and impressed by the thorough and competent professional services of Dr. Schwartz and his staff. He really took the time to explain his findings and recommendations to me. Bonus: No waiting! Unlike my experience in many other medical offices, I was seen right on time. That speaks to how well run the office is.

I recently had Lasik surgery and had my first yearly exam with Dr. Schwartz. It was also my first exam with this provider and I'm happy I made the switch. My entire experience was positive. It was easy to get an appointment and the staff in front are all professional and very friendly. They have a large staff and several doctors. I arrived about 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment and was still seen within 5 minutes. After meeting with the doctors assistant for the initial intake, I was brought to another exam room where I waited less than 2 minutes to be seen by Dr. Schwartz. What a great doctor! Turns out we are the same age from the same basic area, and know several of the same people. The exam was thorough and all results were clearly explained to me. From the time I arrived to the time I was done was less than 1 hour and this was my first appointment so it’s expected to be longer than normal. I noticed a steady stream of patients coming and going the entire time. Clearly, this facility has a great group of providers and support staff. If you are looking for a new place to go for your eye care and exams, make an appointment. I think you will agree they are an excellent group.

My office visit was a wonderful experience. I was greeted and helped the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The wait was minimal, the assistants/techs were very patient and thorough and Dr. O’Connor put me at ease answering all my questions. Denise and others collaborated together to provide the information and advice I needed to also schedule an appointment for my daughter. I had the assistance of Ashley for new eye glasses. This was the best part of my visit. Ashley was very knowledgeable, navigated my insurance plan with ease, helped me pick out the most flattering pair of frames and glasses at an affordable rate. Ashley was professional, friendly and so easy to work with. I really look forward to seeing Ashley again when I return to pick up my glasses.
