My experience with Dr Thimons and his staff has been nothing short of horrific. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical provider in my entire life. My nightmare started when I scheduled an appointment over a month out, specifically mentioning it was for contacts. I was then informed by Dr Thimons AS I WAS FINISHING MY APPOINTMENT that they don’t do contact lenses, but he would make an exception and take care of me. Fast forward a month, I call to check in since the lenses haven’t arrived. This is the first of probably 15 phone calls where his staff said they’d look into something and then never called me back. It turns out Dr Thimons could not get my order, but failed to tell me. His staff initially tried to gaslight me, saying they had no record of this conversation and that I visited for some completely different reason. The Dr eventually remembered me and admitted he messed up, but would take care of it. That was about 3 weeks ago and his staff still can’t give me a straight answer on when I can expect my lenses or do the courtesy of calling me back. I’ve now given up. Just an absolute nightmare.

All the people that I felt with were wonderful. Carmine was kind and explained every test clearly. Teresa was wonderful. Dr Noecker was through and helpful. The visit was Pleasant and informative and put me at ease regarding the upcoming surgery

OCC has been an absolute life saver. I went through nearly 2 years of ongoing issues that three different providers were unable to effectively resolve. I stepped into OCC. they immediately diagnosed the issue, explained their plan, and have been able to solve the problem and keep me comfortable with the plan and direction. Totally the best of the best.
