I should have checked the reviews before recommending this place to my brother who happened to go in just for a consultation. The insurance fully covered it, no glasses nothing just a consultation for an eye test. Insurance paid the bill in full yet somehow we got a letter in the mail from a law firm letting us know we owe $140 to this place which is absouletely insane after they were paid in full. I am not sure why I did not get a mail from the office themselves letting us know we owed charges for a service that was paid in full by the clients insurance. One might think this is just a huge scam...

Horrible practice. My husband was seen in this office for a consultation. Paid a co-pay, they billed our insurance & 8 months later, we received a collection letter from a law firm for $50. The doctor's office never sent us a bill in the mail. Further, our explanation of benefits summary shows they were paid in full - nothing owed. I find this to be quite unethical business practice.

This place looks clean from the outside but inside the staff is rude, inconsiderate and the amount of staff I saw use the same gloves from one patient to another was insane. Its a surgical place..that blew my mind. I will never go back here. If you want to go blind... Go here.
