The exam team is great, but this is about Heather in the eyeglass center. Professional, knowledgeable, and very good at her job. I was a walk in and she got me through the process quickly, but without rushing my choices. She was awesome.

The capital regions biggest ongoing social experiment - How long can we make people wait!? Apparently 2 hours!
This place needs some competition. There is clearly a need for eye specialists in the area as both this location and the Troy office are always bursting with people willing to wait literal HOURS to be seen!
The doctors are decent

I’ve been seeing Dr Rabady now for a few years. I have high confidence in his skill and he’s a personable guy. The biggest improvement over the years has been that the in-office wait time has gone down dramatically. When you know you will be having a life-long relationship with a provider, it is comforting to have this level of confidence in them. Also, the office staff are very pleasant, which is a rarity these days.
