The practice, established in 1971, has 12 physicians and optometrists specializing in cataract and refractive surgery, cornea and external disease, anterior segment, pediatric ophthalmology, glaucoma, and specialty contact lenses. It was the first in the region to offer femtosecond laser technology for refractive cataract surgery and treats conditions from chronic dry eye to corneal transplants.

Incredibly frustrating experience. Went there for my annual eye examination which is covered by insurance. However, they decide to bill in such a way for a refraction that is NOT covered by my insurance (although it could be but it was how they designated it in their system). Nor did they ask me or indicate any part of the visit wasn't part of the annual eye examination. Called to sort it out, they said they'd send it to the doctor for review and I'd hear back. Never heard a word back and just received another bill in the mail. Concerning billing practices to take money from the patient AND awful customer service for follow up. Not coming back.

Awesome Doctor's Practice! I have been a patient for 20 years, the last 8 with Dr. Dale. I love the professional and compasionate doctor and the staff who treat my Glaucoma.

Dr Schrack and the entire team are just wonderful! From a warm greeting when you walk in, to the initial tests, to the exam with the Dr, the entire experience was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was super nice (even late on a Friday when I am sure they were looking forward to the weekend), and everything was explained clearly at every step of the way so that I understood what was going on. I can't speak highly enough of this team that clearly really cares about their patients.
