It is absolutely ridiculous how long you are expected to wait before being seen by doctor. My mothers appointment was at 11am. Now at 1pm still waiting to be seen. This is her follow-up appointment to last week when we waited FOUR HOURS. Eye care is very important, however because of the OUTRAGEOUS wait time - we missed her Cardiologist appointment. It is such a shame because the physicians and staff have the potential to be very kind - if scheduling was better, instead it is an atmosphere of quick insincere smiles and irritability, short answers while trying to rush through patients questions, which is ironic considering how long you are made to wait. DO NOT recommend this practice unless you literally have nothing to do ALL DAY and ENJOY SITTING IN A FREEZING COLD OFFICE WITH IRRITABLE PEOPLE
